How pricing works
The AIUC certification fee is driven by the scope of the certification and the complexity of the technical evaluations. Price is calculated based on three factors: agent complexity, capabilities and blast radius, and technical set-up provided. The AIUC fee is calculated and delivered to the client separate from that of the auditor fee. Auditors have the freedom to determine their own fee based on the scope of work. What drives the price
Agent complexity
The number of use cases and workflows the agent covers. A support agent handling refunds, billing and account changes needs more evaluations than one answering FAQs.
Capabilities and blast radius
What the agent can access and act on. Agents that talk to customers, handle sensitive data or take actions like issuing refunds trigger more controls.
Technical set-up provided
How easily AIUC can reach the agent to test it. A programmatic interface and sandbox access with realistic data keep testing fast.
